Tel Aviv Museum - Video installation

Gallery: The  Younes and Soraya Nazarian Family Experimental Center, Tel Aviv Museum

The gallery space has become an imaginary city.

A video installation that brings images of light from the public realm into the gallery space. Urban lights, movements, and rhythms of the nocturnal city are projected onto the gallery walls, flickering from building outlines and repeatedly appearing and disappearing in a gentle tempo. At the center, dozens of small houses built by visitors gradually gather side by side. From each one, a small light emerges, like tiny signs of life pulsing in the night. Together, the accumulating houses form an urban texture, a whole city that is built through a multitude of points of light appearing in different places and forms. As more houses are added, the city grows brighter.
